Ladies, I love a good face mask. Probably more than I should.
With my latest pregnancy, I have had the absolute worst breakouts which are entirely new as my previous two blessed me with immaculate skin.
While facemasks aren’t really helping my hormonal breakouts they are at least helping me soothe my skin, even out my skin tone and really just making me feel like I am doing something to help my skin.
Facemasks are also one of my go-to self-care activities. Bonus, if my kids want to join in its totally an activity that I have no problem with them participating in with me.
Self-care with kids
I really love premade face masks because its low key, no mess and it’s ready whenever I am. However, sometimes I get in the mood to mix one up and I head to the kitchen for my ingredients. Surprisingly enough making your own face mask is pretty easy AND you probably have most of the ingredients you need on hand already.
Here is a roundup of some of the easiest face masks for you to make from basic ingredients you already have on hand!
Yogurt Face masks
Each of these has only 3 ingredients!!
